Fabricator

Job Description Overview

The Fabricator position is responsible for the quality of work, productivity, attendance/punctuality, safety, flexibility, working without supervision, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to excellence and a quality output
  • Will have a skill-set that allows the quick, accurate jigging and checking of products manufactured by the company
  • The ability to perform high quality welds in all positions (vertical up, down, flat and overhead) typically required in fabricating machinery
  • The ability to perform high quality welds on stainless steel and other alloys such as cast iron, nickel and manganese steels is required
  • Will have the skill-set to perform the following welds: TIG, MIG and ARC (primary weld is product line specific)
  • Will have the skill-set to perform surface finish specifications up to food grade on stainless steel surfaces (including food grade welding and polishing)
  • The employee will supply all basic tools required to perform the responsibilities listed

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Electrical Controls Engineer

Job Description Overview

Electrical Controls Engineers are responsible for overall design of the company’s electrical controls. This is a highly visible position both within the company and to its customers. Strength in controls design coupled with proven project management ability and excellent communication skills are hallmarks of a successful Electrical Controls Engineer. This full-time position reports to the Senior Electrical Controls Engineer.

Qualifications

Field Service Technician

Job Description Overview

Field Service Technicians are responsible for the service of KMC Global customers and product lines. They perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, modifications, equipment start-ups, provide training and re-training in the use of KMC Global equipment. This position reports to the Technical Development Coordinator and Customer Service Manager as necessary.

Production Supervisor

Job Description Overview

The Production Supervisor position is responsible for supervision and training of fabrication personnel to include the manufacture and quality control of all equipment, parts orders, work orders and equipment process instruction implementation. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator position is responsible for the development, implementation, file structure and maintenance of process instructions and quality specifications for all products from pre-fab through shipment. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing.
